Delivery usually takes 4 to 6 working days after acceptance of an order. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in customers location.

Shipping charge of INR 99 is applicable on all orders below INR 199/- (Payable).

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What to do if my order shows delivered, but I haven't received it?

After Sale, Return and Refund Policy


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has not already been dispatched. To cancel your order please drop us an email at info@thesirona.com or call / WhatsApp us on +91-9718866644 with the order details. In case your order is cancelled we will process the refund within 7 business days, after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.


Replacement & Refund Policy:

Since our products fall under the category of personal care (period, intimate and toilet hygiene), they are non-returnable.

However, we do consider returns of purchased items under the following conditions:

  • When the product received is incorrect
  • When the product received is expired
  • When the product received was damaged in transit

In case you want to return the product received due to any of the above reasons, drop us an email with your order id and the picture of the damaged / expired / incorrect product at info@thesirona.com or call / WhatsApp us on +91-9718866644 within 7 days of the date of delivery.

If you are returning an incorrect or expired product, please ensure that it is unused and in good condition. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we conduct necessary quality checks to ensure that the item is not tampered with and accordingly initiate a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
