Sirona Menstrual Cups are made of soft medical-grade silicone.

How can I sterilise the cups?

Disinfect the cup before every use by washing with Sirona Menstrual Cup Wash.
Sterilise by putting it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes or by using Sirona
Menstrual Cup Sterilizer. Remember to put the cup in a strainer so it doesn't touch the bottom or floats. Boil it for 5-10 mins. Overheating degrades the silicone's shelf life so remove it from hot water after 5 minutes.

How much blood can the cup hold?

An average woman bleeds anywhere between 30-80 ml during one cycle. The cup
can hold up to 15, 25, or 30 ml of blood, depending on the size (small, medium or
