RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Our products cannot be returned or exchanged except if You have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a product which is different from the product described in the invoice (in which case the return should be made with original packaging tags, labels, original packing, without tampering of serial number, along with freebies and other accessories and the return should be initiated within seven (7) business days from date of order delivery), You can follow a few simple steps to initiate Your return/refund within seven (7) days of receiving the order:
- Step 1: Contact Our Customer Support team via the chat option (CHAT WITH US), within seven (7) business days of receiving the order.
- Step 2: Provide Sirona with Your order ID details and Your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in Your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for Our reference.
- Step 3: The Sirona delivery partner will pick up the products within two (2) to four (4) business days. Sirona will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products received by Sirona are in their original packaging with their seals, labels intact.
I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave Our logistics partner's warehouse. In rare case that Your product may be damaged during shipment or transit, You can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund by following the steps enumerated here in above.
Note: Replacements are subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, Sirona will refund You the full amount.
Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation before shipment:
If the order or the item(s) that You want to cancel have not been shipped yet, You can write to chat with us by connecting via the chat option - CHAT WITH US Cancellation of order is also available via the orders section in the Sirona Site and the mobile app.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to You within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours after the cancellation request is accepted by Us.
Cancellation post shipment:
If You wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with Our Customer Support team via the chat option on the website/App or by clicking - CHAT WITH US
- a) In case You have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on Our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
- b) Once Sirona receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, Sirona will refund Your money within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours.
*Please note: This returns, and replacement policy is applicable to the purchases made through the Site (as defined in the Terms of Use), the mobile site and the mobile applications (on Google Play Store and Apple App Store) owned and operated by Sirona Hygiene Private Limited.
